Refund Policy

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Refund Policy governs the withdrawal of subscription and refund procedures for paid purchases made through the Clovbit service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Stocel (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Right of Withdrawal)

(1) Users may withdraw their purchase within 14 days from the date of payment. However, if the Service has already been provided (i.e., analysis results have been generated), the right of withdrawal for that portion may be limited.

(2) Where the right of withdrawal is restricted under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws, the Company shall clearly state such restrictions in advance.

Article 3 (Cases Where Refunds Are Limited)

Refunds may be limited in the following cases:

• When AI analysis has already been completed and a report (UX diagnosis, improvement mockups, development specs, etc.) has been delivered
• When a service disruption occurred due to reasons attributable to the user
• Due to the nature of digital content, once provision has commenced, the right of withdrawal is restricted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws

Article 4 (Refund Procedure)

(1) Users wishing to request a refund should email the following address with the reason for the refund:

• Required information: payer's email, payment date and time, payment amount, reason for refund

(2) The Company will confirm whether a refund is possible within 5 business days of receiving the refund request and notify the user.

(3) If the refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Depending on the payment method, additional time may be required for the actual refund to be reflected.

Article 5 (Refund Method)

(1) Refunds will, in principle, be made through the same payment method used by the user for the original purchase.

(2) If a refund through the same payment method is not possible, the Company will consult with the user to provide an alternative refund method.
