Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clovbit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clovbit is a SaaS platform that analyzes demo videos and screenshots of web and mobile products using AI to diagnose UX problems, generate visual improvement mockups, and produce developer-ready specifications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service to analyze content you do not have rights to analyze
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Clovbit a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated outputs (analysis reports, mockups, specifications) are provided for your use.

6. Data Retention

Uploaded files and generated reports are stored in your account until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis and recommendations are suggestions and should not be treated as definitive assessments. Clovbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page.
